Sizing & fit

What if I'm between sizes?

For most of our pieces we recommend going for your true dress size. For trousers such as the Paloma, we suggest sizing up. If you're unsure, email us at anteliaslondon@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @anteliaslondon with your measurements and we'll help you choose — and we're happy to arrange an exchange if you'd like to swap.

Materials & care

What are Ant Elias pieces made from, and where are they made?

Every Ant Elias piece is made in Beirut. Most of our styles, including the Athena and the Paloma, are 100% linen. A few pieces differ — the Renaissance is cotton, and our polka-dot sets (such as the Margaux) are a cotton-polyester blend — and the fabric is always listed on the product page.

How should I wash and care for my piece?

Hand wash only, in cold water. Pieces can be gently steamed or ironed on a low setting to keep them looking their best.

Delivery

How much is UK delivery, and when will my order arrive?

UK delivery is £2.90, and free on orders over £80. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days, and UK deliveries typically arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally, and will I pay customs charges?

Yes — we ship worldwide, including across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Your delivery cost is shown at checkout, and orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. UK orders are sent with Evri, and international orders with Royal Mail Tracked.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

How do I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with the returns slip included in the parcel. You can download and print a returns slip from our Returns Policy page — or, if you don't have a printer, simply write your name and order number on a piece of paper and include it with your return. Return postage is covered by the customer.

Can I exchange an item, and when will I get my refund?

Yes, we're happy to arrange exchanges — just email us at anteliaslondon@gmail.com or message us on Instagram. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting your return, and can take a few further working days to appear in your account. If you're in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Returns Policy for full details.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with Klarna?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Yes — you can also pay with Klarna and spread the cost at checkout.

Restocks

Will sold-out styles be restocked, and how can I hear first?

We always strive to restock our most-loved pieces. As many of our designs use deadstock fabrics, the exact material isn't always available — when that happens we carefully source a similar fabric that meets our quality standards while staying true to the original design, so a restock can occasionally take a little longer.
