Refund policy


At Ant Elias, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not delighted with your item(s), our returns policy is as follows:

  • Return Conditions: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. (Within the UK we accept returns)

  • Return Process: Please complete our returns slip and include it inside your parcel before sending it back to us. This allows us to process your return quickly and accurately. Download your returns slip here:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  • Exchanges: We do offer exchanges! To arrange an exchange, please email us or send a private message on our social media platforms.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at anteliaslondon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your name and order number. We will send you a confirmation by return email.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 14 days of your withdrawal request.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the items in their original unworn condition within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
